A signed client agreement and retainer are required to secure your date.
Submitting an inquiry does not guarantee availability.
All pricing, deliverables, and payment schedules are detailed in the service agreement provided upon booking.
3. Cancellations & Rescheduling
High-level expectations (full policy is included in the client contract):
Retainers are generally non-refundable.
Rescheduling is subject to our availability.
Detailed policies regarding refunds, cancellations, force majeure, and reshoots are defined in the client agreement.
